Yes! They Do Call Me Brianna

It's funny, my entire life I've always known myself by my simple nickname: "Brie." But that all changed about 8 years ago when I moved to the small Latin country of Panama. In Spanish, my name"Brie" just sounded so unnatural. So that's when I became, for the first time in my life, known by my full name "Brianna." In Spanish the 3 syllables had a better sound to it than the one sylable: "Brie."

So from there on, I became known to my new Panamanian friends as simply: "Brianna." It's fair to say that I'm the one and only "Brianna" in all of Panama (well actually that's not true anymore, because I have actually received letters from people/viewers telling me they've named their baby girls "Brianna"...so amazing!) But when I first arrived here at least, it's probably safe to say I was the only "Brianna" in the Republic of Panama.

For the last 8 years, I've worked as an international model and TV Host. I've appeared on the covers of a dozen high gloss magazines from Ocean Drive to Selecta. I've been the image for brands such as: Jordache, Chevrolet, appeared in TV commercials for: MAC Cosmetics, La Mer, H. Stern, Nikki Beach, Royal Caribbean Cruises, KFC, just to name a few! I've had TV interviews with Ivanka Trump, and behind the scene tours of the Versace Mansion, La Casa Casuarina in Miami, 1st class Public Relations TV trips and tours to Aspen and cruises around the Caribbean! I've been on TV shows that have aired on local cable channels all the way to top international TV networks such as E! Entertainment Television.

I was once the Ambassador to Diesel Jeans - a "job" that earned me $800 per month in Diesel clothing! I've been "paid" in Jimmy Choo shoes, MAC Cosmetics, La Mer, La Perla, free gym memberships, free Spa treatments, free hair and nails at top salons, and honestly the list goes on and on!

When Chanel opened their doors in Panama, not only was I honored with an invitation to their grand opening, but they even offered to dress me. I was head-to-toe in heavenly Chanel!

I've worked with actor, Robbin Williams, when I appeared in the movie Patch Adams. I even had a featured part in the 007 James Bond movie: Quantum of Solace where I met and worked with amazing actors: Daniel Craig, Olga Kurylenko, Mathieu Amalric, Gemma Arteron, Giancarlo Giannini and Anatole Taubman in the Bolivan Party Scene.

I've been flown around the Caribbean on gorgeous G6 Gulfstream Jets. I've made "last-minute" trips to fabulous places such as Russia! I was once paid $1,000 a day to just hang out in Rome with my best girlfriend! The President himself responds to my emails and my best friend on BlackBerry Chat is the Sheikh of Dubai.

It has all been very fun to say the least and I really do owe a great deal of it to my name. It has become both my identity and my very own brand.

It has been 8 years living a very glamourous and amazing life as "Brianna." I am still very much the simple, down to earth "Brie" I've always been; and for those of you who know me personally, you know what that really means.

And I know my life is still only just beginning and there are so many more adventures and incredible experiences yet to come. I suppose that's why I've decided to start this blog. It's my way of sharing everything that I've been so blessed with, with all of you! I hope that it can be help and inspire people, because if there is anything that I know for sure, it is that we really are in control of our lives. And we are exactly where we are today and right now by choice.

We are the architects and the pilots in our journey called life. And we only have one life to live, so why not choose to have fun and make it a really good one?! That's what I'm doing and there's no reason why you can't do it too! All you have to do is make a choice and you can really go anywhere you want!
